The Past is Present: 75 Years of the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame

In 1950 a group of prominent individuals within the sport of thoroughbred racing under the leadership of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney founded the National Museum of Racing. This year the Museum celebrates 75 years of preserving and promoting the history of thoroughbred racing in America. The exhibit will highlight the history of the Museum throughout the permanent gallery spaces.
